| Diaz Designs Build #3
here one of my DS-2 frames that i put alittle twist on. i took off a 1/32" of the alum. to give it this swirl pattern look. center part of the frame has a 1/8" of the material removed, kinda a step look to it . what do you think? took about 5 min to put the frame together. |

this have a look of carbon fiber. it's all done out of the alum. it ia a hatch pattern process. this is going on my truck tonight. what do you think?

i do the frame drawings on autocad and cut out the pieces using an enroute program for a cnc router table.

Just curious that is some good looking work. It is amazing the different finishes you can come up with by experimenting with tool paths.

designed and cut out new shackles for my build #3 & #4. the new shackles give my truck about a 1/2" lift. and alittle more flex.

How much flex does it get? I am going insane whether to go with a scale(with leafs) or do a comp chassis. I wan't a Diaz chassis in the worst way but I want to make sure it can climb some things....and if you order a diaz chassis now, do we get the new and improved shackles?(if purchased of course)
