Default Riddler.

Well its been a pretty long time since ive actually done a true build thread...This one is no exception.

Ive been on the fence, kicking around the idea of build a Colewerx Themed Southern Buggy Style rig for some time now. So i began searching google for inspiration...one thing that stuck out, and i remember seeing this a couple years back...was, The Riddler.but the jungle gym tubework really discouraged me...but i thought if i could get it right, itll be sick!!

I thought, Man...this is going to be rough...so i kicked the idea to the side a built JK my way, then the Wreep, and then the FJTTC...during this time i kept searching to see if something similar would surface....and low and behold, my oppurtunity made itself known.

The chassis was originally built by Warriorsimi, of which i obtained from a user on here...
This will most likely be a longer project. Mostly because i really want to get this one right.

i plan on , doing a 3 link with panhard up front, and a 4 link in the rear...so folks come with me, and enjoy the ride!!
Here we go!!

Go for it. Worst case scenario...you've got a southern buggy! Better than a wraith any day! We'll be watching.

Got alot done in the midst of the two builds going on, it was more of a "take this off, and put this on" kind of build....so with what was left over, i installed the two BULLETPROOFED axles from the TTC truck, Basically VP housings, CHUBS, KNUCKLES, TRUSSES, Axial universals front and rear, MIP drives, HITEC 7950 and 7954 with Ti converted gears, you know the drill....the works.
Picture tell a thousand words, enjoy.....for now.

Between the hustle of putting together the IFS Live build today, i had a chance to transfer some of the parts from the Wraith to this and i also made the side panels out of some flashing donated by JIA.

I totally dig the lines of this chassis…it looks angry sitting still..

still need to french-in the license plate and install the oval taillights(Axial brake lights)

i think this is the best angle…front and center….Just like my Wreep.

i flanged down(90 degrees) just about each edge to ensure a clean look similar to that of a threshold….then all the edges top and bottom i did a 1/8" Hem, for durability as well as safety. that sheet metal is sharp!!

That'll be it for today, both vehicles should be up and running by tomorrow evening! Thanks!!
