Talking Boyer Tuber scale rig

Somehow, I came upon this boyer tube chassis and arranged a trade of some old stuff I didn't have a need for. All I had to do was add my own axles, shocks, drive shafts, and electronics.

It was originally built around a CJ8, but I had something else for it.




And all put together:

i knew you would be the right person for that rig man!!!! looks amazing, let me know when you drive it, im sure it will rock the rocks with a rooster and your sweet custom batts!!!

Like i told you before i got alot of rigs and alot more work so as soon as im done we should head out to CP for some scale crawling!!

It sure does!!!

Im glade its still in the family, it was a very cool truck but I had needed the funds to finish up some other projects and after selling off my 1:1 Bronco I tried to match it too I just lost interest in it :-(


Sorry for the thread hijack, just thought you might want a little bit of history on it.

I'll have to agree with that.

Wow, this thing really has gone around! I'm still taking in the fact that it's sitting in my garage.

Moger, I really like your rock rings too.

No need to worry about smashing it to bits, that's what my F100 trail rig is for. Besides, nothing is worse than Boyer abuse!
