I'm waiting on a K2-3L chasis, in the mean time imma build the tlt axles(locked). It's going to be painted, silver, with the black grill, bumpers and cage thingy. I'll prolly start working on the body this weekend so stay posted.. BTW Opinions and suggestions more than welcome... |

DONT PAINT THE GRILLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats an original bowtie grille and there near impossible to get. leave it chrome and find one of the newer ones without the bowtie or the super clod one with the 4x4x4. other than that it looks like a good start. kinda mixed on the cage thing but it'll turn out good. oh yeah if its has chevrolet in the tailgate leave it alone too

Get the unwanted Super Clod ones, grind off the 4x4x4, strip, then paint.

definetly leave that one alone and find a super clod one or make your own with some kind of screen. i know the make screen for your gutter that looks billet and just have it be a phantom stlye(where the headlights are behind it too because the headlights are part of the grille). cant wait to see it done. what color are you thinkin?

OH the truck you mean?:-P I was gonna go with yellow, but decided that it was too lively for this build, so im gonna go with some kind of silver, so that the black painted parts pop out, plus it'll go nice with my Associated blue alum. shocks I'm very color coordinated | |

Looks good painted Sliver. Why did you bust out the bed? What do you plan on doing to the bed now?

I did it in preparation for the k2-3L chasis, I'm planning on using associated shocks, so they might have to come through the bed.
