| 1st attempt at 2.2 hilux truggy
I have wanted to build a hilux truggy since I got into crawling about 2 years ago. I just now finally gathered all the materials and enough guts to give it a shot. Most of the running gear will be coming from my built wraith.I have had a blast building so far and am excited to get it on the rocks. PARTS LIST AXLES AR60 wraith axle's strc c-hub and knuckles and lockouts home brew beef tubes axial universals fast eddy bearings Suspension and Shoes 110mm King's axial links 2.2 mayhem trail ready OR 2.2 SSD 10 holes beadlocks (have both...not decided, will be asking for opinions once I get to the point) 2.2 Voodoo U4's Drivetrain Bomb proof tranny wraith skid MIP's Slash steel slipper 32p |

so does the exo cage bolt on to the main chassis so you can remove it for repairs and whatnot? seeing all these great builds here makes me want to do one of my own since i no longer have a garage to work on my 1:1 stuff in lol

The exo is attached to the body and the exo hinges off the chassis in the rear so i can flip it all of it up for super easy battery changes and service... Look closley right beind the rear shock towers

sounds like its going to be a blast. cant wait to see some video when its done. gonna leave the cage grey or spray some color on it? so what color do you plan to paint it when its done? should be sweet to see some video when its all together. seems to be coming together very smoothly so far, great work!
