| Re: New wraith spawn I bought the Wraith kit 8 years ago. I liked the idea it was modeled after the original 1:1 Poison Spider Rock Racer like the King of the Hammers racing rigs. The kit has some upgraded parts but the RTR version is quite capable out of the box. I wanted to build my own and equip it with a brushless sensored motor and ESC set up and steering servo. Anyway yours comes with a full body which is cool too. The suspension articulation is amazing and the larger 2.2 tires go through and over most anything you point it at. I went to YouTube and researched some modifications that you can do to the Wraith to make it crawl better. Moving the battery forward is the best mod I’ve done. I run 2200mAh 2S 35C LIPO batteries which are smaller in size but still run a long time well over an hour or two. I like to crawl with the Wraith more than bash around so go slow and picking the right line to go over obstacles is how I roll and have yet to break anything on it and it does get a good beating crawling too. This is a caged rig so other than your Spawn body there aren’t a lot of bodies out there unless you modify one to fit yourself. That’s where the scaler chassis come into play. So mine is pretty much stock and has ran for all these years with normal maintenance and has been a lot of fun. Go and enjoy yours!

I actually moved my battery to the front today and put my esc and transmitter box to the right side and what a difference. I'm looking for brass to put on the front and back and possibly wheel weights. Also probably going to go brushlesss soon Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk |

Also I want to move my receiver box to the back but my servo wire is too short, is there like a wire you can buy to make the wire longer? Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk |

Yeah I was worried about a voltage drop making the servo weaker Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk |
