I voted for the 13th down by Auburn, so you can change my vote. Hoover would work out better for me.

Hoover would definitely work out better for me too. Better for the 6th. The 20th is a no go because of the 4x4 scale run.

Can't make the 6th or the 20th. I'm off the 13th and the 27th. Maybe next time, or drive 9hrs to the ETRC cook out comp?

Moss Rock is a very cool place. Again lots of climbers out there so in some ways kind of like LRC. Also there is tons of great places to eat/shop around there and if you want to bring your wife I will get mine to come and y'all can go shopping while we play with toy trucks. lol

ok this is happening on the 6th of October at Moss Rock, It will be a gtg/comp, call it our season warmup. The official point season kickoff will happen October 20th @ Mt Cheaha. more info such as address will follow on the season kickoff thread. Thanks for all the input. See you all soon.

Cheaha is going to be awesome. I might rent a cabin for that weekend. They are really nice for what they are and have big rocks around them also to play on. Her is a pic from last year when we went up there. Not the greatest pic but there are much bigger rocks around as you and Nick saw when we went up there.

Same here. I will have our little girl this upcoming weekend since my wife has to work Saturday and Sunday and I think I have to go to a wedding. Cheaha is on my calendar though.

Joe- Will the Hoover comp count towards our point series? I think you answered that at the beginning of the thread but I'm to lazy to go back and read it.
