Anyone up for a koh style run at mini moab this sunday

Steve and me were thinking of a koh style run at mini moab this sunday is there any interest out there? we ran quit a few of them last sunday and have a good course idea already we were thinking maybe a run that has multiple laps maybe like a hour per lap the course will run from the main comp site to the road any other suggestions

Sounds like fun if I'm not working on my 1.9. I will need to pick up a battery or two for sure though and maybe hardwire a bec to each of my servos.

EDIT: I hard wired the two bec's and servo's and everything seems to be okay...for now. Not sure how the Sidewinder is going to like being run on 3s lipo with only the internal bec, only time will tell.

As for the KOH event, I'm not much into the whole rock racer thing myself but any GTG is a good GTG in my book.

we haven't really set a time yet still working on it pre veiw some lines in steve's video from last sunday ans we will have gates and checkpoints and we were not planning on scoring this event I like the fact there is some interest in this

i cant wait its gonna be so fun. still waiting to hear back from kolby or bret to get the box of gates, if anyone has there number we need all the gates for this to really work. with the rain we might get in the next few days it might get muddy on some of the new runs we cut i might go out tomarrow before work an trim some trees

muzzy it only has some small gaps between the crawl sections and i believe it might even have a hill climb involved but mostly its gonna be a trail ride with gates and if mother nature cooperates some water crossings steve and me are going out tomorrow to groom some trees and get more ideas for lines that make you have to think about it instead of just trying to throttle over it

8:30-9:00am sounds like steve has got some flags to use as gates and i am pretty sure a 1.9 will be ok cuz there are by passes steve and I have wraiths so we were thinking of the honcho guys roy was doing ok following us last sunday

Yep, same lot. As far as lap times go, I have no idea. I'm just gonna bring every batt I got.
