|  Page AZ, January 6th 7th southwest shoot out
Well all we discussed this at MOAB with the vegas crawlers, the utah boys, some of the AZ bunch, and a few others about having a southwest shootout for all those willing to travel. right after the first of the year The preliminary location as PAGE, AZ cheap motels camping on lake powell. Well Ali and I are on the way up tomorrow and MOnday to check tisn out and see if we can get any sweet deals. or room rate break for groups, etc. Stay tuned Iwill be posting pics and video of what I found on Tuesday Post up your interest and questions here. |

just got back from PAGE AZ adn I do have to say we have found an awsome place to hold the event. it is inthe national park so we will need a special sue permit, no big deal but we need to see how big of a group we can get. Id like to see 15 to 20 in each class frm anywhere you wish to travel from Ali and I have secured room rates at 20.00 below usual cost for the best western Arizonian Inn, rooms from 39.99 for dam view side. for driday and saturday nights. Smoking and non smoking rooms available and free continetial breakfast http://www.bestwesternarizona.com/ho...ge/arizonainn/ contact me for contacts at the hotel for special rate the schedule would be a 1:00 PM start on Saturday afternoon and done by 5:00 2 courses each on Saturday Sunday would be 1 course starting at 9:00 AM for each class. Done by 12:00 so we can all travel home. the hitch is I need to know how many are interested because the permit cost is 100.00 non refundable. Im gonna change this event from the southwest shootout to DAM CRAWL. the location is less that 200 yards from the Glen Canyon Dam and right next to the waters edge. A video wil be posted in awhile about the event. post up questons or???? |

Okay,right now I have two maybes.Me and Cloak.I would like to have 5 from NMRCRC but it will be tight.I think you might want to put the pipe down though 'Werks....1pm start and 5pm finish? What? 3min 20pt max courses?LMAO!Hope I can make it and chug a XX with 'yah!
