|  ASTR Spring Comp #5 - Payson - Scores
What a great comp today everyone and a better then expected turn out.  The courses were a lot of fun today but from the scores look like they could have been a bit harder. The weather was great and a nice break from the warm valley temps we're getting into. Thanks Ben, Chris and Kevin for helping with the judging duties and thanks to all who helped pick up and chalk the courses. My back was killing me so I appreciate it. Jesus that's a dismal score for me. None the less I had a great time. Thanks all for tolerating the noob on his first time out. Look forward to the next time. |

Hopefully, eventually, maybe, possibly sometime, but probably not, i'll have a rig that I can do a full day with that actually works like it supposed to. Well back to Macgyvering a rig. Anyone have extra duct tape???

Great comp. Great to see an old friend that I haven't seen in 20 years. I'll take that score for having zero tuning and never have driven my rig before. Although I should have been -20 on course 3...stupid gate. Really happy with XR mod, 13T crawlmaster, and even the mad beasts. I think they worked pretty well for being fresh out of the bag. Dang now that was a fun day, beautiful weather and even better terrain. All around a picture perfect day! Couldn't have gone any better.
