Deltic Timber owns the lands and probably leases it out to hunters. So that area is a no go. Private land.

Theres alot of nice area's around Heber lake, about 120 miles of coastline . I don't live there anymore but loved that lake and Sugar loaf near by when we lived in Searcy, And the camping can't be beat.

We've have a couple guys over in the Searcy area. Not many crawlers have sprung up from that part of the state.

Where you talking about at Sugarloaf? That's South of Fort Smith.
I am from Fort Smith but don't live there now but I am familiar with the area. You have a particular spot you remember at Sugarloaf?

Gotcha. The other "Sugarloaf Mtn"

I sent a PM to Reflection and he stickied this thread to the top of the AR section.

Everyone say "Thanks Reflection!"

Yeah that's about 15 miles from my house. Do you remember any good spots along the lake? I know of a rock quarry down by the lake but doubt we could get permission to use it.

Me and Brandon checked out Sugarloaf today. It was fun but not worth the hike. We didn't find any good comp areas.

Thanks.

I just added a new spot to our Little Rock area. Rock Quarry. As well as Emerald Park, just North of the Quarry.
