Default stupid questions about droop

i recently ordered the stage 2 kit from ckrc and have been looking at the build for it. in it they put the bumpstop inside of the shock body. i was wondering if this is like a droop setup? because i was thinking about just replacing the bump stop with some shock springs from a micro t, i have a ton of different stiffnesses and they would serve the same purpose is this a good idea.

so your talking about running small springs inside the shocks that would double as a bumpstop. i guess if the springs fit then that would be optimal. it'd give you a little bit of ride height also right.

on the outside? thats not droop. It would be just like a stock coilover but the spring would only go to the bottom of the shock body. Droop is where the spring is on the inside of the shock body, under the piston and it limits down travel instead of up travel.

no im talking about running a small spring on the inside of the axial shockbody which would be compressing the spring when your suspension droops, and would have no resistance against compression other than the oil used. i guess this setup would be kinda like an airshock but kinda not.

i run the internal spring and no bump stop but use a spring from a mardave v12 on top of the piston aswell which gives me about 6mm more ride height (drive shafts nearly level)
