| crooked axal
iv had my ax10 for a long time so im not a newb at figuring all the little things out that go wrong, but i cant figure this one out one of my axals is crooked i made sure all of my rod ends on my links are tight checked the shocks everything and i cant get it, and when im crawling it pulls back really far and i will stop it when its in the really crooked posision and i cant see what is wrong.. o ya and its the rear axal hope someone knows thanks

Is it still the stock chassis with the 3 link setup? If so I found that to be pretty typical with mine. I went to the 4 link plates from TCS on both ends and it all but eliminated axle walk for mine. The only other thing that comes to mind is a silly but necessary question......did you mount the links in same holes on the sides of the chassis? Meaning that there are many holes to choose from, did you maybe get the 2nd hole on one side and the 3rd on the other,etc. Just my 2 cents. Cheers! |

my guess is you have bent links? i bet one of your bent links is "BENT" making your rear axel crooked |

try making your links in a double trianglated set up. like this > < |

If you are running the high clearance links which are prebent and you got in a good bind you can bend one with the throttle. Are you running bent links? Compare them side to side with each other. Might be the problem

I Watched One Of Our Guys Fold One At Our Comps And Did It Look Goofy. It Bent About Another Five Deg Or So.

your links are probably bent. it happened to my car.
