Default Gearing w/Goat Crawler combo

I installed the Novak Goat Crawler brushless system in my AX10. What gearing do you guys suggest? Should I go much larger than stock pinion gear?

I use the stock gearing that comes with the truck and have no issues with my Goat system....

me neither. my ax10 with a goat set up works great with the stock 14t pinion. if anything, i would drop a tooth to get less top speed and more tourqe. the thing is wicked fast for a crawler i think.

I have mine geared at 14 also with a R2D tranny. I'm liking it at that gearing.
