Default tcs boomerang 4 link mount?

i just installed the boomerang and servo 4 link mounts from tcs. it seems like i lost quite a bit of suspension flex. i tested them out and the truck seems to flip over versus flexing like it did when i had the stock 3 link set up. i'm running the same shock set up as when i had the 3 link. traxxas big bores with 30 wt oil and stock red springs. i was able to twist and tackle some tough obstacles with the 3 link and am a little concerned that i might struggle now. any ideas?

Go back to your old set-up. Sometimes mods don't work as well as we wish.

Post a picture of your setup. I have changed all of mine to 4-links and have never lost any noticeable flex and have reduced the horrible axle steer of the stock AX-10.

I have the 4-link setup and mine seems fine. I am running spacers under the links.

once my camera is done charging i'll snap a pic of it and post it up. i'm using the ball cups from the stock shocks and have them mounted under the plates.

Hi Bud I intalled the same type of things, just used spacers and set it up like the crawler store said to.
one on bottom and one on top in the rear only.

Look at the way i set my rear up.
No more torque twist!
Still have not tried my truck on the rocks but it is much better on the pillows than usual haha.

P.S. I love your shrink tube idea!!!!
I am going to do the same thing not to be a copy cat but I just wated black links as well.
What size is the stuff you used? I dont have any that size..

thanks. i believe the tubing was 5/8 tubing. it was tough to get on the top links and i had to make a couple small holes on the tubing for the upper links. on either end it was an air tight fit and started to balloon out when i applied heat to them. the tubing hardened to almost a slick hard plastic...
