Default AX-10 to Reign J2-TT BUILD

Here's some pics of my AX10 i converted over to the Reign J2-TT...just a roller at this point ...waiting on my Vf dig to finish...
mamba max esc (holmes hobbies)
cc bec
axiom 55t
RCP aluminum knuckles,axle c's,rear straight axle adapters,front 4 link servo mount
TCS rear boomerang 4 link mount (want to try out the asymetrical link mounting)
narrowed modified J2-TT chassis to 62mm
modified skid
Extreme r/c 5/16" Delrin lower links....also have high clearence links to try
Rocksmith Engineering Titanium steering links
Losi shocks w/ losi whites in front and yellow rear 30 wt. all around
just about 3" ride height
this is my first ''scratch build".....so please offer any advice or comments on my build so far ....thanks for any help

I am really liking my REIGN J2-TT (Special Edition Narrow Black) as well.....I will be running it in it's second comp in a few weeks. Yours is lookin' really good....looking forward to seeing the finished photos.

Well i made some changes and some progress on my build today....made and lowered my trays for my ESC and RX mounts and made some mounts for my body mounts...thought i would mount them upright this time ,iv'e always had them come off the side before....next will come the soldering of the electronics ...still waiting for my VF dig....more to come....thanks for any comments or suggestions good or bad as this is all still pretty new to me

Looks good, you should mount the electronics on the links for a little lower COG

its 4 linked... that wont work out too well.

....Got some more done on my J2-TT build.....pretty much finished all the soldering and install of the electronics...just waiting on my VF dig to arrive.Mounted my new Proline C10 body,need to cut the body post's still, Not sure what color to paint it yet( even tho i'd like to copy FrankyRizzo's flat black...love that thing)
Threw on an old Grappler body i had,may have to get another one of them ...as always,would appreciate some feedback on changes i should make or set up problems you guys might see as this is pretty much my first 2.2 build that didn't include an instruction book...thanks...some more pics...

u get plenty of steering with shocks mounted on the outside.

Yeah,i can go lock to lock easily....iv'e narrowed the chassis quite a bit,so that may help,compared to the stock J2-tt

Thanks Lou...
that chassis is made by www.reignrc.com products.also you can get hold of Kaetwo or Pinchflat on here about the J2-TT chassis. Iv'e got a couple now and really like them

yeah,got the VF dig put together and installed ....had to shave just a hair(about 1/16" off on part of the chassis )but other then that it fits great....i'll get some pics up here soon...Made a few other changes also that i didn't like so i haven't driven it yet waiting on my DX3r to be delivered today to set up my dig EPA's (kinda nervous about some of the feedback i'm hearing on the dig and servo set up,so i'm waiting to set it up using my new radio,and not even gonna bother using my DX3)
*edit*...had it all put back together and realized the linkage would hit the chassis so i had to modify a bit ...not much just trimmed a little bit off one of the chassis side plate ...works great now ....lol...so far..lol

Mine is four linked and I had my electronics mounted on the links without one problem!!!
