I would assume they go together just like any other adapters. Pull the axle C's of with the 2 screws (front and back of the axle). Pull the old axle out, put in the new straight axle. Slip on the new axles adapter and screw in back on the axle. Bolt on the stock axle carrier. Walla.

The axle keeps sliding away from the lockers, I was woundering about the slop in between the c-clips and the bearings , should I run 3 bearings instead of 2. thanks

they are the small bearings that go on the axle tubes. The one at the end of the axles and the small one out of the knuckle.
