| Mat's EDGE
Just finished putting my Edge together....still needs a few tweeks like foams cut and the sidewinder installed, when it arrives. I don't do comps because there's no crawling scene where I live, so it's just me and a mate having a bit of fun. And a small vid -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPxHJcH5rKY Mat |

I love this edge, it looks great.. What shocks are you utilizing on this build. I too thought about cutting a GI-Joe in half and using it as a driver. I also love the # plates you did adds that little extra to it...

Very nice build up. The extra bit of trim around the shocks really sets it off and makes it looks way better. I have a new idea on what I need to try when I get my new tube chassis.

That is a great Edge. I wish I had half the detail you have there. I do like how you set off the areas behind the shocks, gives it a really nice touch

Thanks for all the kind comments guys To answer a few of your questions :- tltman12 - The driver is from the Tamiya Frog, Grasshopper or Hornet kit...loads on Ebay WVB - I'm using the kit shocks with the TCS springs below the piston and cut in half Mini T stock short springs on top...no oil at the moment. I've wrapped the shocks in white vinyl. jedsled - The window netting is guttering cover (to stop leaves clogging the gutter) you should be able to find it at a hardware store. Hope that helps Mat |

Now all you need to do is get rid of all the green, mount the links to the inside of the chassis and throw on a set of flat irons.
