| Yawzers Slingshot comp rig
Got it built, tested, and ready for the MSD /Tamiya comp in two weeks - works like a dream - love all the VF stuff. A special thanks to Mikeymike1969 for a great job on the body. Its got 2 3/4" of belly clearance & will stand on its side all day long. Most of the pieces & parts I stole out of my tuber, which I will be selling in the for sale section next week, the only thing new is the VF chassis & links. Tech Axial axles w/HD lockers & gears Axial tranny RCP C's, knuckles, rear lockouts & straight axles HS5645mg - steering, HS225mg - dig VF slingshot chassis w/ VF links VF Dig VF Motor/tranny plate 55t V10 w/13t pinion Jato drive shafts Losi .6 shocks Losi springs - white in front, green in rear MSD bead lock wheels (good job Ben - I plan to kick your ass with your wheels) M3 Mashers w/ Kreepy foams all around, red in front, pink in rear Tekin FXR esc CC BEC @6.5V Spectrum SR3100 rec Spectrum DX3R I've tested the heck out of this thing - it really performs - the dig works to perfection, and Don & Brock did their homework on the chassis & links - couldn't be better IMO Last edited by Yawzer; 05-07-2008 at 05:12 PM. |
