Nice, I want these.

But how do they connect to anything on the other end?

i wont be buying the cvd's. i watched a guy explode one on a very easy section of a course. i think they might be a bit too weak. i like the looks of the axial ones and you dont have to buy 4 of them. just 2. i will be looking for these for both of my rigs. dont have enough turn angle on the boys rig and almost enough on my rig.

I agree, axial does not sound like they will be slowing down on making new products for nothing.

Looks like I will have to buy these.

Default Axial Universal Drives

These sound great, but I do have a question. If using these, wouldn't the front tires contact the lower links way before reaching full steering throw potential if running the stock tires and wheels?? On mine with stock wheels and tires, the tires already hit the lower links. I simply replaced the stock buttonhead retaining screws on the front of the axle C's with countersunk screws so the knuckle arms wouldn't contact them to provide a little more steering throw, but then the tires hit the lower links. I gained very little if any steering throw because of that, so in my case at least, I don't see where the universal shafts would provide more steering throw either since the tires already contact the lower links at full steering throw. What am I missing here???

Triangulate your lower links in on the chasis side and this wont be a problem for you anymore.

They look cool.

Does anybody know if you only use one bearing on the outer shaft? or does the large bearing fit as well?

Now all we need is an Axial specific straight for the rear.
