Default Replacement Parts for a VF DIG!!

Well I am in need of replacements, I have emailed VF just a moment ago. I was wondering if any one else has messed up their VF DIG like this or am I just the only one? Just for the record, this is and fully was my fault. Nothing to do with VF just how I used it and my 3rd channel set up.

If you are looking for a response from us by posting in a forum please put your actual name or e-mail address that you e-mailed us from in the post so I have something to refer to as I don't know who you are by your RCC screanname. Thanks.

Well I have been in R/C for 7 years now I race on-road, oval, off-road, and have been very competitive at it. Any way the radio of choice for me was the Helios EX-10 this is a very good racing radio...... The 3rd channel suxs big donkey balls!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a high tech big dollar radio I have one option for the 3rd channel: 90 deg switch, no epa's at all just push a button servo moves 90 deg let off button servo returns 90 deg. I just didnt take the time and do the R&D to set it up, I now have it set correctly just tore the guts out of it to figure it out.

if the hole is straight and it's just a tight fit and won't slide on the shaft straight .....on mine there was a small burr on the output shaft where the flat was milled on the shaft, and was really tight.maybe take a file and just touch those corners where the flat is,then it will slide right on... if it's square.

hmm... I think that maybe this could have been part of the reason it had problems re-engaging? The old cog openings are much smaller than the new cogs.
