they are just small slots for zip ties to the link tubes, you could drill a hole and rivet a strap to it or use a patch of sticky back velcro for batt mounting.

I thought zip ties as well. Come to think of it, i made mine out of left over lexan from a body. maybe they mill make derlin parts in the future
