Default Scored an AX10... now what?

I picked up a stock but fully put together AX10 today for $185! It was a demo at my local hobby shop.
My only RC experience is with the 1:6 Nylint crawlers (yes I know).

Lots of plastic on this thing...

Main question is how the hell do you put the front locker in??

What are the major weak points?
Next upgrades?

Yes, I'm searching. There is a ton of info to go through. So any help is greatly appreciated.

Ahh... Thanks. Got the locker installed.

After more research it appears that I purchased the RTR.

Well that sucks... got it all together, locker installed and charged the battery, took it into my front yard (flat grass) and broke the plastic yoke on the rear drive shaft!

broke it or did it pop out? it pops out occasionally. if you dont want it to happen agian. get some STEEL stampede yokes and stampede drive lines. have your hobby shop show you how to put them on. its hard but well worth it. for tires get losi claws and get the tcs boomerang plate and do a 4 link
