Default Servo mounting question

Just wondering if mounting the servo using only one side is ok? If clearance is and issue could I just use one side of the servo to mount it or will there be to much load on that one side and cause it to fail?

Yeah only one side will not have enough support. What would probably happen if you used one side to support it would be that the servo would slop spin around. As a result it would snap the bracket off the side of the servo. If you must run only one side I would glue the servo to the mounting plate to avoid the shifting flexing around.
