you can swap the springs out, i use super soft up front and mediums out back, kinda helps with the torque twist.......and you can play with shock oils too!

Play with some different springs to see what you like. Also add some weight to the tires if you don't have it already and that will make it flex easier too.

ok here is what i see alot of guys running spring wise. super soft(red) front and right rear run a stock one on the left rear as for oil 30 in right rear, 60 in the left rear and 20 in the fronts. as for stretching it it's all about the links but with a bigger wheelbase you would be in a super class instead of the 2.2 class. weight in the tire's is going to help alot i got my stick on wheel weights from the local tire shop for free.i made 2 full runs around the inside of the rim on the backs and 3 full runs around the front wheels. you will see what i am talking about when you get started.have you cut your foams and drilled your rims with 1/8th holes? that will help with gripping

If you have the ARTR I wouldn't cut the foams as they are prolines memory foams. They are really soft already and after you add some weights to the inside of the rim they should be about perfect. There are better foams out there but the ones that came with it will do you just fine. | |

| on mine I used 6oz in the rear and 10oz up front. I think I am going to add about 3 more oz.s to each front though cause my rig is really light and need more traction for steep climbs.

Thanx for the info and advise. Didn't mean to steal the thread. But was very curious. And if I have RC4WD alloy wheels, do I still need to add this kinda weight to wheels??

| theres alot of things you can do to the rig with the stock chassis to gain performance before you replace it. But if you are dead set on getting an afftermarket chassis then I would probably go with either the Black Jack or the Top bananna. They seem to be really well thought out and from the comp. stats they are performing excilently. If you want a tuber the either go with the fat dog or the Hustler.
