so i caved in and bought an edge chassis. its super light and is basically awesome. only problem im running into is finding a place to mount my ESC and receiver. i tend to want them up front for the slight weight and i really dont want to mount the stock battery tray back in. ive searched thru the pic archieves to see if i could find a glimer of what others are using. any tips or pics would be very welcome. thank you =D

I have seen alot of guys buy or build a plate to fit on the front links to mount the electronics. If I could only remember where I seen them...:-?

I use the upper links. I used a clear lexan dog treat container to cut the panels from. It was a square container so it was already flat. The brand was "Pupcorn" lol. I use velcro type material so I can relocate the components whenever necessary.

if you have the edge panels, you can mount it under the front "hood" |

I cut the stock plate in half and put my esc upside down.
