Default Joe's Re-Build

Rebuilding my comp rig with the following stuff:
MFM Racing Black Widow Chassis
Axial Axles and Tranny w/ DNA Dig
Holmes Black Revolver II
Castle Sidewinder ESC (on order)

Found these at the hobby shop (Traxas #2661 Big Bore Shocks) These are just like the Maxx Big Bore Shocks but for the Rustler! They are just as smoothe and durable as the Maxx BB kit! Very impressed with them.

Stay tuned for more updates as soon as all the parts get here.

I recently built my axial using the black widow and the sidewinder. I would like to add that I am very pleased with the black widow. The skidplate is amazing and the overall performance that you will get is second to none. Mine sidehills like a spider

Just about finished. All that is left is to mount the ESC and receiver and throw on some new rubber.

What lid are you going to use? I just finished my version of this chassis. Trying to figure out some top post locations because I don't think side posts will get it with a Grapplr width body.

Thanks! It performs just as good as it looks!

Not too sure about the body. I'm going to take it down to the LHS and see what works. I am going to try to use some posts that mount from the top. On my previous rig I was using side mounting posts and they kept getting caught up on rocks and stuff. I'll post some more pics once it is finished tonight.
