Buy Integy's precision allen drivers and all your troubles will go away. I use Dubro ball heads for fast and dirty work, but eventually they will strip the heads. This has never happened with my Integy drivers.

A machinist once taught me to put a little sideways pressure on Allen heads when driving them to prevent stripping, but if you're starting with junk drivers this only puts off the inevitable....

x2 I have the integy set, they work great, perfect nice and tight fit.
Can't go wrong with the integy set, or any good high quality hex drivers for that matter

Get mip tools. They are the snap-on/craftsman of rc tools. Look on ebay for a good deal on them because that are expensive. (I paid almost 200 for all of them.)
