do you have any radio suggestions? some people were telling me not to get a traxxas one because you cant set the servo limits of something.

| My Modded TQ3 Update - Added EPA pots Its a sticky in the radio section. In the mean time I would recommend shrink wrapping your d-shaft ends (the plastic ears) so you don't destroy them. Its cheap and it will keep you going for quite some time, until you get real drive shafts. TCS also makes battery plates for the axles so you can velcro the batteries on and ditch the zip ties. Very convenient if you want to switch batteries in the middle of play time. I also think you need to drive it more, those driveshafts aren't even scratched!!:-) Last edited by cpd438; 12-10-2008 at 04:40 PM. |

Triangulate the lowers with this plate http://stage3racing.com/stage3/index...111a6853f1f9a1 Upgrade the C's and knuckles found here and lock out the rear http://rcpcrawlers.com/product.php?p...&cat=29&page=1 Get some better shocks losi is what I would recomend fill them with 50wt shock oil http://rcpcrawlers.com/product.php?p...&cat=14&page=1 Next install a dig unit http://rcpcrawlers.com/product.php?p...&cat=29&page=1 Then get the radio to run the said dig unit https://www.ssl-stormerhobbies.com/c...=ns&pn=SPM3100 And when your ready get a new chassis of your choosing This is some of the same stuff I use and like it very much that is why I sugest it. |

A good bang for your buck 3 way radio is the Futuba 3PM. Can be used for rear steer (what i use it for) and i think it can be set up for dig. Fairlt simple too. Think its around $120. Not sure thought.
