Question Disconnector System For AX10

Do you think we don't have to shorten the driveshaft with this kind of dig mechanism?

Hopefully....

The picture shows that it comes with a driveshaft. I don't care for that particular style of shaft though.

When adding length to the transmission assembly you need to take that added length out of the system somewhere. Whats the big deal with taking a little off the shafts anyway?

That drive shaft style is similar to the HR design. One of our crawling buddies has the HR shafts, and honestly, they're junk.

That doesn't meant that the 3 Racing shafts are as well, but why take the risk?

WHAT!!! We shouldn't have to modify anything. This sport didn't get where it is today by people modifying things, thats crazy. You go shorten your own shafts.

I don't recall who this was quoted, but they were right.

to the O.P. , that 3 racing kit is poo. for that much money you could get something a bit better in quality. sure, you may have to grab a dremel, but that is the whole reason that you started modding right?
