| Bent Motor Plate
While working on my truck I noticed that my motor plate was bent. Has any one run into this problem before? If so who makes the best replacement? Thanks in advance |

The stock moror plates do flex and bend alot, East end Mach. and DNA make a 1/8 replacement that works really well. Check in the vendor section. Links: http://www.eastendmachining.com/ http://www.dna-rc.com/ Last edited by JUSTGOINGSLOW; 12-22-2008 at 10:01 AM. |

I replaced mine after I noticed how bad the stock plate would bend when bound up. Problem solved now with the DNA Plate |

I gotta give DNA credit where credit is due... I bought a DNA plate and received it Un-tapped for 3mm screws.... The NEXT day they emailed me about the plate...I Didnt contact them in any way....They offered to tap the plate free of charge... I tapped the plate myself, but for someone that couldnt tap this themselves......TOP Notch Customer Service DNA !!! Thanks again !!! |

Are the DNA plates still priced at $30? Look likes the East End plates are priced at $16, any one know if the DNA product is worth the extra $14?

| If your not planning to run an outrunner motor, then no. The East End Mach. is the same thing, just anodized black or you can get plain aluminum.
