Default What Shocks to get links plz

What size space and screws do you guys use on your Ax10 to move your shocks back to the 3rd mounting hole? and where did you get them? I have seen planty of spacers but they are all diffferent sizes and I have never seen the screws. I am using the stock shocks and If I move them back they rub/bind. I inverted the front ones to get by this problem. Is there a better solution? or shock? Thanks.

Default This might help.

Traxxas.com

and look for the traxxas t-maxx 2.5 shocks. They lower your car about 1/2' no need for the holes..

What about the spacers? The T-max shocks are sold in packs of 8? If I can use the stock shocks It would be better since I just bought some new springs for them.

Has anyone tried these? http://www.axialracing.com/ftp/ax10o...al_shocks.html

What about these? http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXVNT1&P=Z and do they mount up with out any mods? How long are they?

If you're looking to lower your Axial, you can't use those inside holes without spacing your shocks away from the end of that framework, because the spring perch hits it. You can space the shocks inboard a little more, and use whatever spacers you need, made from the Axial tubing (after driling it out to accomodate a 3mm bolt) or from derlin tubing/rod.

Personally, I'd look into shorter (T/E Maxx) shocks. You can still use your new springs on them....

That or take your shocks apart, and put limiters inside them, shortening them internally.
