Default My new AX10 New pics and Vid added 1-25-09

Yeah I know just another scorpion but hey I got nothin better to do. I went ahead and did some upgrades right out of the box, I learned from my last AX10 that it needed some help so I got RC4WD Aluminum beadlocks, Flat Iron M3s, STRC 4 link plates, and venom drive shaft collars. Its powered by a VXL ESC and a 55t axial motor. It's controlled by a DX3.0 radio, well enough rambling on to the pics.

It was just an old LiPo pack that I had from back when I had an M18, And it worked great from a weight perspective but it was old and worn out so I only got about 5 minutes out of it. So I went with pack from Cheapbatterypacks. Now I get about 30-45 minutes.

Default Nice wheels...

I have the same set from RC4WD and really love the look. Let me ask you did you have to buy the limitied edition set with the blue rings and order the silver rings separate as I did? I think it looks awesome but it would have been nice if I could have just bought the rings I wanted from the start.
