Talking Changing RTR links over to aluminum

What's the best option to change my RTR plastic links over to all aluminum links? Is Axial the only one that makes a complete kit with the tie rod steering linkage too?

Thats funny i just got done putting mine on. I got the STRC AX10 Color Conversion Upgrade and the Axial AX10 Scorpion RTR Hardware Upgrade Kit from rcpcrawlers.com under the Suspension Links and Spacers catigory it costed about $55. The hardware upgrade kit comes with directions so its very easy. The reason why i got the STRC upgrade links is because there $10 cheaper Than the Axial links and it comes with 4 30* bent links instead of 2.
Hope this helped,Cody

If you get that setup i sugest getting the TCS Crawlers Upgraded Skid Plate for Axial AX-10 Scorpion from tcscrawlers.com for maximum articulation without four linking it or getting a new chassis. Because what i noticed when i put my bent lower links on they dont sit right they almost sit sideways instead of straight up and down wich makes it have a tiny bit less articulation. but with the plate you will get a lot more articulation because it moves the links to the inside of the chassis.

I will have to keep those in mind when I upgrade my GF rock crawler. I got her the RTR because while she is out thrashing it if something breaks she can fix it. I'm hopping that will get her more involved in the truck.

I just finished putting mine on, axial colour pack and hardware upgradekit, I notice the bent links hit the bottom of the shocks, so I moved them to the outside until I get around to modding my skid to accept the inboard link mount.

How much is the skid plate?Would it be the same difference to just buy the Axial links ,price wise?Do the bent links help a lot,I've heard people say it makes your driveshaft hit on rocks more. THANKS JEFF
