So I put bent links on my ax10 rtr and now the lower control arms are binding with the springs lower cups.. Did I miss something during the upgrade or is there a trick to fix this problem?

Move the links from inside the axle mount to the outside closer to the pinion. You will need some 25mm screws to do this but it will clear up the binding problem.

Did you add longer screws and add spacers inbetween? Try that it worked for me. hope this helps. -RCHuffer screw, axle mount, shock, spacer, axle mount, spacer, bent link, nut. |

Thats the issue with bent links. Do like moabax said and you should be good. If not, search for TheRealDogman and his Dog-Leg bent links.

Its too bad you already bought those links. I think the Dogman links are bada**. Thats my next investment. The links were designed to alleviate that binding problem.

someware in here someone put a couple spacers under the lower spring cap and it gained enough clearance to not bind.

Yeah I only had 2 left over after everything was done. I heard moving them in toward the drive lines was better anyways??
