Default Axial Question

Would it tear up the tranny if you put a stock traxxas slash motor and esc in it. I want to make it waterproof so i can crawl in the snow and crawl out at the lake and not worry about it getting wet.

I am not sure but it is easy enough to water proof your existing electronics. Use a balloon with a zip tie at the end for your RX and the same for your ESC. Brushed and brushless motors can get wet without any problems. You should clean them out and re-grease the bearings.

i had my slash speed control in my crawler and it sucks. there is a delay from going from rev. to fwd. and that 12 turn might be a little quit
