These are their spacers to limit travel. I use two inside, under the piston to make the overall length shorter, and one outside to limit travel. http://www.tcscrawlers.com/search.ph...=search&page=1 |

Also you can use some spare fuel tubing if you have some laying around instead of the plastic spacers just to let you know. |

If you do some searching you can also find some rubber stops made by HPI and they work really well for just about everything. http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/87524/ or the ones I use are http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/87058/ like these instead of fuel tubing because I was having trouble with the tubing collapsing and bunching up on me. |

I got some plastic 3/16 x1 inch spacers at lowes and cut them down to 3/4 and put them inside the stock shocks. It gave me a 4 inch eye to eye on the shocks. It helped my rig handle alot better. |

Thanks everybody for your help. Besides inserting the fuel pipe inside the shocks what about removing the springs? I saw some photos of the ax 10 without springs...........does this help And another question i have is on the tyres......some friends suggested me to remove the inserts to increase grip and leave the tyres empty.................any suggestions about this? Many thanks |

Fuel tubing works great and it is cheap. Just make sure you cut the tubing cleanly, I didn't and it split in the shock. Also, I recommend going with lighter springs, the stock springs are way too stiff for that (3lbs). In each shock I have 15mm of tubing with 1.7lbs springs in the front and 2lbs springs in the back, it seems to work really well with this setup.
