Default 3 racing dig questions

I just picked up a 3 racing dig for a truck im building for a friend. I have installed and adjusted the dig and it still seems to bind every 3rd or 4th time it is engaged. Any one else had these problems.. Thanks !!!

Well still working on this issue with no luck. I do have some more tricks to try before it becomes another addition to the scrap pile....

loosen the two screws on the dig side mount, tighten trans case side first, then the two out side screws, you want the servo horn to be pointing straight down when its in free wheel. it doesn't hurt to run a little
Dremel
buffer wheel on the slide shaft
