Default 4 link plate

I just aquired my firs crawler and it still has the 3 link setup. What is the best 4 link setup out there. Can I run my stock uppers, Cn I leave the 3 link in the front?

i like the strc ones they have a wider upper mounting pattern and that takes almost all of the torque twist away

Best 4 link period. GC2 chassis & 4link plates. ZERO torque twist.
