Default tranny reccomendations?

Im currently running the rc4wd tranny..forget which one it is...the one with the build in dig..

its loud.
and as the dig is zip tied down sometimes it engages by itself...sometimes it locks out the rear wheels ...and sometimes it locks out the front wheels

what should i get..

or should i go back to the stocker..

cheers

What do you mean zip tied? don't you have a servo operating it?
or did you zip tie it for 4x4 only?
If youwant to use the dig get a servo for it . get some "gear jelly" grease to quieten it down.http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=127981
If you don't intend to use the dig, switch back to the stock gearbox, I would.

yup go w/ the stock tranny and your choice of dig. im personally a big fan of the dna digs.

grease those gears w/ rocksmith's gear jelly and you'll have a tranny that will make a ninja jealous
