| tranny reccomendations?
Im currently running the rc4wd tranny..forget which one it is...the one with the build in dig.. its loud. and as the dig is zip tied down sometimes it engages by itself...sometimes it locks out the rear wheels ...and sometimes it locks out the front wheels what should i get.. or should i go back to the stocker.. cheers |

What do you mean zip tied? don't you have a servo operating it? or did you zip tie it for 4x4 only? If youwant to use the dig get a servo for it . get some "gear jelly" grease to quieten it down.http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=127981 If you don't intend to use the dig, switch back to the stock gearbox, I would. yup go w/ the stock tranny and your choice of dig. im personally a big fan of the dna digs. grease those gears w/ rocksmith's gear jelly and you'll have a tranny that will make a ninja jealous |

i mite use it when i get a better radio.. probs 3pmx. ill throw some grease in there EDIT.. i used some random grease and it only makes it more quiet for the 1st 10 seconds... mite go back to stocker or get some gear jelly... Last edited by savtraxx; 11-06-2009 at 11:33 PM. |
