spektrum dx3e but if you're looking to save money id go w/ a rooster crawler setup. the rooster crawler is an awsome setup for a beginer

I just picked up a Traxxas TQ4 4 channel radio and receiver on ebay for about $45 shipped. The TQ3 three channel versions are even cheaper.
