Default Axial AX10 slow radio response

Just got the new ax10 rtr and wonder if anyone else feels that the radio response is somewhat slow. Installed new Hyperion Lipo on the low mount battery tray, battery is fresh the transmitter also. It this just typical of the AX 10 stock controller and receiver?

Short answer...YES

I just bought a 2.4GHz radio and that solved all my issues.

What do you mean by slow response? when you pull the trigger to go foward does it take a few times to get it to go forward? what about reverse, will it reverse right away?

Axial ESC is set up out of the box this way so the "new" driver can quickly reverse to get out of a roll over. You can change this by switching the motor wires so the crawler runs backwards then just flip the throttle reverse switch tward the back of the radio. May want to try this.
