Default Greatscott's SWX (Finished at last!!!)

Finally finished my SWX chassis.

It went together pretty well, fit and finish of the kit are top-notch, but it was not a simple bolt on kit.
-The ball-links rubbed causing just a little bit of binding, a couple of minor mods and it was all better.
-If you are mounting up a dig that has a built-in dig servo bracket you should be fine, but I'm running a HR dig, so I had to fabricate my own bracket.
-I was expecting to get creative to mount the dig servo, but I wasn't expecting to have to be creative when mounting the body.

Front body mount

Rear body mount

This thing is slick as snot on the rocks and is a lot better than the stock chassis...

Now I just need to get rid of the green steering links.

Looks good Scott. When I was running my SWX I used the standard servo from the front for the dig servo and it worked great. For the tie rod I would recommend 5/16th inch delrin.

That's no joke...

Its only pretty when it is going over the rocks. When it is standing still its like a last-minute prom date that your mom set up for you... not pretty...
