I am waiting on a new prototype motor for this rig as well, plan on swapping the Tekin ESC and Holmes Handwound out for something new and special from Holmes. I will be running a Mamba Max Pro when the new motor is here |

Just a quick shot of the rig in prep stage. We still need to design and fab a BTA to take full advantage of the SDS Custom Super 300 CVD's. |

| I'll get good ones We comp'ed in an actual down pouring rain last weekend so no pics last weekend. I still haven't painted the body panels either. I cut up a Proline 1/18th Defender body for the rig. I'm going to try and take a little bit of time on Sunday to get some pictures. I am traveling to Omaha for a comp so there will be an opportunity to get it on the rocks again. |

Cool looking rig. But we are not used to you doing a build thread after it has happened. What about the soap opera while all this is going on? |

Lucky! Cool rig. So does the top of the cab measure 3"? Or the just the sides (base of cab)?

The chassis is working fantastic, I am going to tweak on a couple things is all. Thanks to Mike and Silas for the chassis and hope everyone else has the chance to run one soon as well.

The Extra Soft Grey springs that Duratrax sells are actually really good springs too. They are just a hair stiffer than Losi Golds. This rig doesn't have a ton of flex though so I don't mind the Golds. Normally I would run something with a little higher spring rate on a shafty.
