What should I do with the ESC and reciver? where should I mount them? I do not have the money right now to go buy a lipo battery and charger, so I am stuck with what I have right now. should I keep the batter the way it is?

Move your esc and rx onto the front links. Make a mounting plate out of polycarbonate (you can get a sheet from your hobby shop). Cut it to fit, punch a few holes in it, and zip tie it to the links. Punch a few more holes and zip tie the electronics on. Then ditch the flat battery tray up top.

Also, I wouldn't go any lower than a 35t on your motor. You'll lose too much torque.

Keep the battery tray handy though. If you go lipo, you can do this...

Yeah, its a seemingly little known fact that they don't have to be mounted flat on their backs.

Free fix:
Move the links rod ends next to the shocks rod ends to give the chassis a "tad more" triangulation Helps with torque twist and axle steer (tisk tisk) and if you can, flip the shocks. If you can't, then keep them that way but it helps with CG

Mirror the trans, and get that weight off the rear 4-link plate! Put them on the axle housing or something.
