Default Shafty report

Well it appears we all know Richard did well but any reports from Nationals about any other shafty's. I know Dunn has the GC3a that is on the market but was he running it shafty or MOA?

Dunn was running a Berg in the comp, but playing around with a shafty after the LCQ was over. had a very innovative servo mount. It was mounted vertically behind the front axle between the links.

Other shafties....
18. Jake Wright Losi
29. Jay Robinette L
36. Marty Mann L
55. Me Axial
74. Richard Taylor A
75. Nabil Jamali L
81. Rich Trujillo L
93. Jess Downing L

Those are the ones I can remember at the moment. There were a decent number of Losi's, but very few Axials. Maybe just 3.

Thank you for the cool chassis.

I was running a FF4.

Feel free to add to the list. I'm curious as well. A buddy made a prediction before the event. Curious if he was right. So far so good.

Ya great work guys. I realize the MOA's may truly have an advantage but I am actually under the impression that a shafty can do a few things an moa can't. plus i have to much invested in my shafty to date. I am frankly just a little tired of the MOA arrogance.

Mike Manning regularly kicks several MOA's asses at our local and state comps with the Axial shafty rig.

Wow that's pretty good. I say every car's got is advantages and disadvantages. I think that most MOA guys think "I got an MOA so im set" eer ive seen that at the track with the guys who got the mamba max and the flightpower batteries and they are crashing all the time and im passing them with an old car barely running ()

That said I like my axial only because its the first shafty/crawler ive had, I got o say why didn't they run both classes separately or it would have taken a week to run the comp
