Default Which shaft?

What driveshaft works the best with a Vanquish dig on a stock AX-10? (ie. fit and function)

Thanks

The MIP shafts are the best... just be sure to get the shorty for the rear. They will come in a pack. One long for the front one short for the rear. There is other options but these will come out on top for sure!

For the $$ challenged... all you really gotta do is trim about 3/16"-1/4" off the male end of the stock axial driveshaft.

Of course MIP is the best option, or traxxas 'pede shafts work too (and are plentiful and cheap at most LHS).

Also for the money challenged, 3Racing has a dig unit, and you can get the replacement driveshaft for this dig for $6 plus shipping.

Having said that, I run MIPs on both of my rigs.

i am running traxxas shafts in my rig with the vanquish dig no probs
with the proline tuber you will have to take out the center section since the trans has to be flipped for the dig

I am also a fan of traxxas pede shafts. They are cheap and easy to make any length ya need. I've run (and broke) mip shafts but the weight and price turns me off (I've got a brand new set of mips I've never installed). I run puller motors on 3s and have only broke 1 pede shaft. They are an easy fix, plus they might be the weak link that saves other carnage.

MIP's all the way, unless you are looking for weight savings.

They are, by far, the heaviest shafts out. Also the strongest. I'm going with pede shafts on my SSS-R for weight savings, but it's a 4.5lb rig. Light weight breaks less.... most of the time.
