weight distribution

I am using stick on wheel weights in all wheels double wrapped in the front and single in the rear. I have esc and servo mounted on rear axle, and servo and weights on the front axle. I mount battery on 3 link in the front of truck. It just seems no matter what I add or take away I cant get it just right always wants to tip or drag me down hill.. How much is to much??? Or were should I mount them??
