Parts interchange, HPI and Axial question

I'm bet this has been brought up somewhere but not sure. I just wanted to know if this will work for the Axial pinion gear. I really like that it has the hole already drilled for a through pin. Thanks

You will also need the matching WK/rs4 pinion gear. The axle pinion is pin drive, while the WK pinion has the flat spots.

The WK/rs4 pinion gear is sold with the bevel geaer. You don't need to install the beverl gear.

Keep in mind that Axial's OD/UD gearset will NOT work with the WK/rs4 pinion, nor will the HD bevel gear set.
