Default AX10- 3racing dig Runnng Direction

So I picked up a used AX-10 for a killer deal, I am new to crawling. Some strange things witht he rig as far as i can tell;

The tranasmission has been mirrored and a 3 racing dig has been installed, Locking the REAR wheels.. the steering links have been moved to the back wheels, making it the front of the truck (spur gear now facing forward), and the red/black from the esc are flipped to the red and black on the motor (oppisite).

Does this mean my motor is running in reverse when I go forward? Is this damaging to the motor? It's a 55t Integy lathe motor.. so confused.

thanks for the Newbie help.

Wait.. maybe it's not mirrored, just running in reverse- do you need to run the truck "backwards" (spur toward the front) to run the 3racing dig? so new at this.. does the integy 55t even have a proper forward/reverse direction? any help/suggestions at all would be helpful

A picture of your rig will help others help you.
